Motorhome fire at Fieldstone

The Moosomin Fire Department put out a fire at Fieldstone Campground overnight.

“Many thanks to the Moosomin Firemen for their fast response to the motorhome fire at 4:30 in the morning on Sunday,” said Fieldstone owner Dick Squires.

“My unit was next to it and was getting hot—you can see blister marks—but the fire guys were able to get it under control before the dry trees surrounding the motorhome caught fire. It could have been a disaster.”
