Ronald Earl Oliver
1937-2017

Ronald was a farm boy.
Born on the farm southwest of Fairlight to Jim and Evelena Oliver. He spent his whole life in the Fairlight area and mostly on the farm where he was born.
The spring of 2017 his health was failing and Deer View Lodge in Wawota became his home. He passed away there October 4, 2017.
He loved farming but always had time for community activities, hockey, ball and some curling which he loved participating in.
November 1962 he married Gloria Adair, his wife of 55 years. To this union came three children; Janice, Ian and Krista. Later joined by four grandchildren.
Ronald was predeceased by his parents, infant son and son-in-law Stephen Raab.
He leaves to mourn his wife Gloria, daughter Janice Raab of Winnipeg, son Ian Oliver of Fairlight, daughter Krista (Robbin) Ambrose of Portage La Prairie, grandchildren Spencer and Cody Raab, Kayden and Austin Ambrose, sister Joan (Henry) Fowler of Redvers, brother-in-law Lyle (Sharon) Adair of Fairlight, and several neices and nephews.
Sadly missed but never forgotten.
