Gloria Jean Oliver

Gloria Oliver of Maryfield, Sask., beloved wife of the late Ronald Oliver, passed away on Sunday March 18, 2018 in the Regina General Hospital.
Gloria was born to Ted and Dorothy Adair. She attended Adair and Maryfield Schools before going to Regina to Business College.
In November 1962 she married Ronald Oliver and had three children: Janice, Ian and Krista and later joined by four grandchildren.
Gloria spent many years involved in the Fairlight community chasing after her children and husband. She spent many winter nights at the rink for figure skating, hockey and curling. She spent summer at the ball diamonds and camping at the lake. Once all her children had left home, she began working at the Sunrise Villa in Maryfield.
Gloria is predeceased by her husband Ronald, her parents, an infant son, and son-in-law Stephen Raab. She leaves to mourn daughter Janice Raab of Winnipeg, son Ian Oliver of Fairlight, daughter Krista (Robbin) Ambrose of Portage La Prairie, grandchildren Spencer and Cody Raab, Kayden and Austin Ambrose, brother Lyle (Sharon) Adair of Fairlight, sister-in-law Joan (Henry) Fowler of Redvers and several nieces and nephews.
In lieu of flowers, memorial tributes may be made to the Fairlight Cemetery C/O Lyle Adair, Fairlight, Sask., S0G 1M0, in memory of Gloria.
Funeral service and celebration of life will be held at a later date.
Sadly missed but never forgotten.
