Evelyn was born in the Ivanhoe District to Mr. and Mrs. Wm. Murray.

In 1933 she married Clarence Clark. To that union three daughters were born: Bernice (Mrs. Ted Beckett), Verna (Mrs. Cliff Elmer), and Audrey (Mrs. Mel Davis).

In 1974 Clarence passed away suddenly.

In 1977 she married Ernest M. Ayers and gained three stepsons: Jim, Brian and Cameron.

Evelyn was charter member of the O.O.R.P. and a member of the ladies Auxiliary to the Canadian Legion. She loved her family, liked travelling, and delivering meals-on-wheels. She also liked dancing, bowling, music, gardening and the friendly “Coffee row.”

Predeceased by husband Ernie in 1997; all her sisters, daughter and son-in-law (Verna and Cliff Elmer) son-in-law Ted Beckett, and great grandson Dustin Beckett.

Evelyn is survived by her family: Bernice Beckett, Audrey (Mel) Davis Jim (Rosella) Ayers, Brian (Leah) Ayers, Cameron Ayers and all the grand children.

Mom will be greatly missed by all her family.
