It is with deep sorrow we share the sudden death of Corey at the age of 50 years.
Corey was born in Moosomin on November 19, 1975, eldest son of Debbie and Dwight Flaman.
He attended school in Moosomin and following graduation he took Agricultural Mechanics at SIAST in Saskatoon. He obtained his journeyman ticket and worked at John Deere Implements in Moosomin. He then began a 27-year employment at the Potash Mine at Rocanville and had recently retired in October 2025.
He loved farming (grain farming not so much!), cattle, sheep, horseback riding, hunting, and fishing as time allowed and working in the meat shop.
He loved to visit with friends, neighbors and family and was never too busy to lend a hand to anyone who needed it.
He was a 4-H member growing up and remained active with the Fairmede Beef Club as a leader for many years.
Corey is survived by his wife Tammy, daughter Emma, parents Debbie and Dwight, sister Marieta (Ella), brother Kyle (Leila and Deacon), parents-in-law Gayle and Don Carruthers and family and many nieces and nephews.
He was predeceased by infant son, Lane.
In the words of many who know him well, “Rest Easy Cowboy, your work here is done, you will be missed.”
