Greg Nosterud elected to council

Results are still unofficial, but the vote count indicates Greg Nosterud has been elected to Moosomin town council in a byelection.

Nosterud received 126 votes or 85 per cent of the total in the byelection held today.

His opponent, Amy Johnson received 22 votes, or 15 per cent.

These results are not official until the official Declaration of Results by the town Thursday morning.

Nosterud is the owner of Lee's Carpet Warehouse in Moosomin.
