Farm fatality at Brookdale, Manitoba

On October 7, 2019, at approximately 1:30 pm, Blue Hills RCMP responded to a farm accident just east of Hwy 464, south of Brookdale, in the RM of North Cypress-Langford.
The area is just east of Brandon.
Initial reports indicate that a man was caught in a large piece of farming equipment.
A 73-year-old male from the RM of Cypress-Langford was pronounced deceased on scene.
Manitoba Workplace Safety and Health has been advised.
RCMP continue to investigate.
