Moosomin RCMP seek info on motorcycle rider

This individual was taking pictures in the neighbourhood of Moose Mountain Place in Moosomin.

When approached by one of the residents he became skittish and left on his motorbike.

Unfortunately no licence plate was obtained,

If anyone knows the identity of this person, please call the Moosomin RCMP detachment at 306-435-3361, as the RCMP would like to speak with him.
