
Lynne Darlene Foord was born March 7, 1945 in Brandon, Manitoba to Wilbert and Nesta Foord. She grew up in Brandon and attended Earl Haig School.
As a teenager she worked at Husky and Ravens Restaurants and at Carnation Foods in Carberry, Manitoba.
On January 25, 1964 Lynne married Doug Gagnon at First Church United in Brandon. Their children Deanna and Ken were both born in Brandon.
Doug and Lynne lived in Brandon until the fall of 1974 when they moved to Rocanville and later moved out to the family farm.
Lynne enjoyed spending time with her five grandsons and volunteering at The Rocanville Thrift Store. She liked living on the farm and working in her garden.
Lynne was predeceased by her parents Wilbert and Nesta Foord, sister Anne Richards and Doug’s parents Paul and Ora Gagnon.
Left to cherish her memory are her husband Doug, daughter Deanna (Greg) Carver, son Ken (Wendy) Gagnon, grandsons Andrew, Matthew, Michael (Casey), and Nicholas Carver, Jake Gagnon, sisters Lois Jones and Judy Runions as well as many cousins, nieces, nephews and friends.
