Ernie was born October 25, 1940 at home in the Dumas district. He was the second youngest in a family of 6 children.
He worked on the family farm with his dad and brother Bert. He also worked for the R.M. of Walpole and for various farmers in the area.
Ernie liked to watch baseball and hockey, especially if his nephews were playing.
Ernie spent the last couple of months in respite and hospital where he had such wonderful care from nurses and doctors. We are very grateful that he had such great caregivers.
Ernie was predeceased by his parents Robert and Blanche Jacques, his brother Adrien and sisters Clara and Georgette.
He leaves to mourn his brother Rene (Patsy), Bert (Debbie), many nieces and nephews and some very good friends.
