Grace Gwendoline Faulkner

Grace Gwendoline Faulkner passed away on May 25, 2017 in the Whitewood Nursing Home.
Grace was predeceased by her parents Reg and Alice Yeo, her husband Donald, her daughter Marie Cairns and her grandson Joshua Cairns. Her sisters-in-law Edna (Les) Nabholz, Lelia (Vern) Nabholz and Iris (Les) Sauter.
Grace was born in the Martin district on June 20, 1933. She attended school at Daynton.
She married Donald on June 6, 1953 and moved to their farm in the Doonside area until moving to Moosomin in 1985.
Grace and Donald enjoyed attending dances and other social events as well as weekend barbecues with family and friends.
Her children, grandchildren and great-grandchild were her pride and joy and she always wanted to know what they were doing.
Grace will be sadly missed and lovingly remembered by her daughter Heather Faulkner and Howard Wilson, her grandson Jeremey and Chelsea Cairns and great-granddaughter Olivia. As well as her nieces and nephews and special friends Harry and Carol Paskell.
Funeral service was held at G.R.Carscadden Funeral Chapel on Friday, June 2 with Rev. Barbara Wilkins officiating. Interment was in the Moosomin South Cemetery.
In lieu of flowers or donations the family asks that friends plant a flower in their garden in memory of Grace.
