Irene Dodds of Moosomin, Saskatchewan, passed away Monday, June 22 at the age of 93 years old.
She was the loving wife of Les Dodds (predeceased in 2016), the mother of Diane (predeceased in 1992), and David (predeceased in 2010), and mother-in-law of Karen (predeceased in 2018). And though she faced the immense loss of her immediate family over the years, she still smiled through her days and found joy in visiting her grandchildren and watching their families grow.
She will be fondly remembered by her four grandchildren Jenn (Daryl) Webber, Shannon (Jamie) Blades, Clint (Crystal) Dodds and Brennan (Briana) Dodds and missed greatly by her 15 great-grandchildren, Owen, Aiden, Sam and Luke Webber, Tanner, Cheyanne and Kamia Blades, Zack, Mia and Zane Dodds, and Kane, Rye, Tel, Zee and Kaye Dodds.
Our family would like to extend our warmest thanks to Moosomin Long Term Care Staff for their compassion and exceptional care during grandma’s last year and her final days.
A small graveside service will be held at Sunset Memorial Gardens, Friday July 3 at 11 am.
