Ruth Alice Molson, born July 2, 1930 in Moosomin, Sask., passed away peacefully in Regina, on April 9, 2022 surrounded by her family.

Ruth was a wife, mother of five, grandmother of eight and great grandmother of five. Family meant everything to her and visits with family members were cherished. She was a lover of mystery books, British television, a daily newspaper, scratch tickets, the bagpipes, word puzzles, The Saskatchewan Roughriders and Gordon Lightfoot. Mom announced a few weeks before her passing that she would only eat sweets and she remained true to her word until the end!

She was predeceased by her husband Jarvis (2010) and her brothers Russ, Ted and Bill Elmore. Ruth is survived by her five children; Doug Molson (Jan Stephenson), Sheila Prew (Greg), Bev Molson (Herbert Korté), Sandy Naylor (Jay), and Connie Molson (Murray Edmonds); her eight grandchildren; Bonnie Molson, Tara Molson (Amanda Flahr), Bret Prew (Sonia), Kyra Sproule (Mike), Leah Prew (Courtney Keep), Kelsey Prew (Daniel O’Donoghue), Maia Naylor, and Claire Naylor; her five great-grandchildren, Arthur, Marcos, Jasper, Rose and Owen; and her brother Gary Elmore (Joyce).

There will be a private family service and a Memorial service will be held at a later date.
